I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were very friendly and kind. However, the noise from live music at neighboring buildings was quite disruptive, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, while there were some highlights, the noise and limited buffet choices were a downside.

Rooms

The rooms were clean, but I faced quite a bit of noise from the live music nearby, which made it hard to relax.

The staff were more than nice and welcoming, though they were not very forthcoming with assistance or suggestions, which was a bit disappointing.
Location

The hotel's location was wonderful, very secure and close to restaurants and attractions. I loved that most places were within walking distance.
Dining

The dining experience was okay, but the buffet was limited for a hotel of this rating and could definitely be improved with more selection.

While I didn't comment much on the facilities, the overall amenities were decent.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is definitely a highlight, being right in the heart of the city with various bars and shops nearby. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, but some areas felt a bit noisy due to thin walls. The service was friendly and flexible, especially with late check-out, but I did wish for a bit more variety in the dining options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a great location, right in the heart of downtown Beirut and near shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, but I did find them a bit small for four women traveling together. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, as some staff were not very helpful. Overall, for the price, it was decent but had areas that could use improvement.

The rooms were clean, large, and well-appointed, but a bit small for our needs, especially with two ensuites for four women. However, having kettles and tea was a nice touch!

The hotel is located in the heart of Beirut, which makes it perfect for exploring the city's vibrant nightlife. My room was quite large and very clean, with a nice bathroom, but the noise from the restaurant below made it hard to get to sleep early. The service from the staff was decent, though a bit lacking in warmth at times. It’s a great option for its location, but the noise level at night was a downside.

Rooms

5.8/10

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Beirut, with high-end stores just across the street and many facilities within walking distance. However, the rooms are quite noisy, and the service could use some improvement, particularly with attitudes regarding taxi arrangements. The dining experience didn't quite match the expectations of a five-star hotel either, making for a stay that's pleasant but not perfect.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had significant noise issues; I could hear everything happening in the hallway and next door, which was quite distracting.
Service
6.0
While the staff were friendly overall, I encountered some bad attitudes, especially when it came to arranging taxis—they preferred using their acquaintances rather than the recognized services, which felt unprofessional.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic and very safe, right in the center of Beirut with all the amenities at your doorstep. I loved being close to downtown and the Souks.
Dining
5.0
Dining was not up to the standard I expected from a five-star hotel; the food lacked the variety and quality I hoped for.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities provided were basic and did not feel luxurious. The dining area, in particular, felt underwhelming considering the hotel's rating.

I stayed at this hotel and found it had a great central location, perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife and all the shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious but faced the main nightlife hub, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise. The service was friendly but could have been more helpful, and dining options left a lot to be desired with limited breakfast choices.

Rooms

Overall, while the hotel has some great aspects, the noise and outdated decor were disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Beirut, with high-end stores and great restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they lacked sound isolation, which made for some noisy nights. The service was a bit hit or miss; while the staff was friendly and offered a late checkout, they seemed a bit untrained. Overall, it’s a decent option for the price if you can overlook a few shortcomings.

The hotel is in a lively area of Beirut, surrounded by bars and restaurants, making it great for exploring. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable, although the noise from the nightlife can be quite bothersome. The staff is friendly and eager to help, but some amenities could use improvement, particularly in the dining department. Overall, while the location is excellent, the noise and internet issues can detract from the experience.

The hotel has a great location in downtown Beirut, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were decent, especially with two ensuites for our group, but the noise levels were a bit much and the internet was unreliable. The staff was friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. However, the dining could use some variety and improvement, as it felt more like a 3-star offering instead of what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

Rooms
7.0
We had two tiny rooms with a connecting door, which was perfect for the four of us traveling together. The two ensuites were a great benefit, but the noise from the first floor was quite bothersome.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I really appreciated, but I was facing the main nightlife area in Beirut, so the noise did become a bit much at times. The service was great, with friendly staff and lots of amenities, but the location felt a bit lacking in atmosphere despite its central position. Overall, it was good value for money, especially with the quality of the rooms.

I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were decently sized and the staff very friendly, the noise from the restaurant below made it hard to get a good night's sleep, especially when I needed to rise early for work. The location is really central, close to many shops in Beirut, but the dining service left much to be desired, being both poor and overpriced. Overall, it was a clean place and the staff were accommodating, but I wouldn't say it was the best value for money.
